Error messages
Authentication
failed. • The authentication time limit (30
seconds) elapsed.

Enter the same passkey correctly both
on the printer and the device within
30 seconds.
• The same passkey is not entered.

Enter the same passkey correctly both
on the printer and the device.
• The device disconnected or ended the
connection.
t
Check the status of the device, try to
connect to the device again, and enter
the passkey correctly.
Data transmission
speed is too low. • The Bluetooth antenna portion of the
printer and/or the camera is covered with
a hand, etc.
t
Do not cover the antenna portion.
Data transmission speed varies
depending on the distance between
the printer and the device, obstacles,
or radio wave conditions. Change the
position of the printer or set the
printer closer to the device.
Even with the
distance between
the printer and the
desired device
within 10 m (33
feet), connection
cannot be

PUSH [EXEC] • The paper tray is not installed.
t Install the paper tray, and press the
EXEC button.
• The print paper has run out.
t Insert print paper, and press the
EXEC button.
MEDIA MISMATCH
PUSH [EXEC] • The print paper and print cartridge do
not match.
t Insert the correct print paper and
press the EXEC button.
PAPER JAMMING
REMOVE PRINTS • There is a print paper jam.
t Remove the jammed paper, and try
printing again. (See “If paper
jams” (page 21))
REMOVE PRINTS
PUSH [EXEC] • Print paper remains in the ejection
slot.
t Remove the paper tray, remove the
print paper, and then press the
EXEC button.
PRINTER ERROR
PLEASE RETRY • An error has occurred with the printer.
t Try printing again.
PRINTER ERROR
SERVICE CALL • There is a problem with the printer.
t Contact your nearest Sony dealer.
BLUETOOTH ERROR
SERVICE CALL • There is a problem with the Bluetooth
function.
t Contact your nearest Sony dealer.
