surround sound
The surround feature enables you to
enjoy the sound effects of a concert hall
or movie theater.
Press SURROUND
repeatedly until you
receive the desired
surround sound.
Notes
• The Virtual Dolby Surround of this model consists of Dolby Digital, Dolby
Pro Logic and TruSurround.
• The “
a
VIRTUAL” (Virtual Dolby Digital) is only available when receiving
a Dolby Digital signal through the COMPONENT VIDEO (DVD) IN,
DIGITAL IN jack at the rear of your TV and “DIGITAL IN: ON” in the “A/V
CONTROL” menu is selected (see pages 7 and 28).
• When using the COMPONENT VIDEO (DVD) IN, DIGITAL IN jack at the
rear of your TV, the available surround modes depend on the type of
digital signal being received.
• SIMULATED uses SRS (MONO).
