CHECKING THE OPERATION
Input systems:
Connect the Walkman, smartphone, AV equipment, PC and so on
corresponding to this unit, and check the operation.
For the equipment to connecting, refer to the instruction manual.
Output systems:
Since the balanced output and unbalanced output Path are differ-
ent, both those output are con
fi rmation.
Equipment for the con fi rmation, recommend the following.
• Stereo Headphones MDR-1A
• Headphone cable MUC-S20BL1
Operation checking software:
For each operation checks, download the following software from
the support website etc. of Sony as necessary, and use them.
For details of the method etc. of download and install, refer to the
instruction manual.
• Media Go (Management and playback of music including Hi-
Res sound quality that it saved on the PC)
• Hi-Res Audio Player (High quality playback of music includ-
ing Hi-Res sound quality that it saved on the PC (Bit Perfect
play back by ASIO driver))
• Driver for USB terminal (Driver needed in order to use this unit in
Windows OS (It is not necessary to install the driver in Mac OS))
Note: For the Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 8.1/Windows 10, the driv-
er for the USB port is installed automatically when the ampli fi er is
detected by the PC.
(If the driver is not installed for Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows
8.1/Windows 10, download from the support website. If the Win-
dows Vista, download and install from the support website)
AC INLET CHANGE AND SHIELD (INLET) DELETION
The AC inlet has been changed in the middle of production, and
the color of the cable has changed.
Moreover, the shield (inlet) that surround the AC inlet is deleted
with change of AC inlet, only for US, CND models.
