Between Microphone and Speaker (CODEC Loop
Back) Signal Level Measurement (H to H Gain Up)
Setting: Same as step 5.
Procedure:
1. In the step 5 “Between Microphone and Speaker (CODEC
Loop Back) Signal Level Measurement” status, press the
[*]
key of the handset.
2. Change the output level of audio analyzer to –35 dBm.
3. Check that the value of audio analyzer is –6 to –12 dBm.

Setting:
Procedure: (Use the panel of the base unit for SPP-A7280)
1. Connect equipments as the figure above.
2. In the test mode idling status with the base unit, press the
[4]
key of the base unit to display “TEST D”. (TX on, master mode)
3. In the test mode idling status with the handset, press the
[4]
key of the handset to display “TEST D”, and press the
[4]
key
to set TX off. (slave mode)
4. Check that the value of ammeter is 50 to 150 mA.

2. Remove the R284, R285, R287 and R288 on the BASE MAIN
board. Then connect between RF271 pin

wire.
3. Set the
[VOL]
switch on the handset to
[H]
position.
4. In the test mode idling status with the handset, press the
[4]
key of the handset to display “TEST D”.
5. In the test mode idling status with the base unit, press the
[4]
key of the base unit to display “TEST D”.
6. Set the output level of audio analyzer to –35 dBm (1.2 kHz,
LPF=30 kHz ON).
7. Check that the value of audio analyzer is –12 to –18 dBm.
