You can connect your optional speakers to this system as 
surround speakers.
The optional speakers should be placed up to 5.0 m (16 ft) 
from the listening position.
Place the optional speakers as illustrated below.

Switching from FRONT mode to 5.1CH

Slide the 5.1CH/FRONT mode switch on the rear 
panel.

Turn off the power and turn on again. “5.1CH 
MODE” appears.
