SecureSuite® XS Workstation 4.01 does not support Remote Desktop functionality at
this time.

•

After recovery from hibernation or standby mode, the FIU-900 Puppy® unit might not be
recognized. If this occurs, please click

Cancel

or

OK

and unplug the device. Wait a few

seconds, plug the Puppy unit back in, wait five seconds, and then try the process again. If
the device is still not recognized, authenticate with an alternate method (i.e.: password), if
available, or restart the computer.
