Preparation

1.

Remove the top plate assembly. (Refer to

“6-3. Top Plate Assembly”

)

2.

Remove the optical drive assembly. (Refer to

“6-7-1. Optical Drive Assembly”

)

Procedure

1.

Remove the IF-1240 board.
(1) Disconnect the SY-400 board from the connector (CN2) on the IF-1240 board.
(2) Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN4) on the IF-1240 board.
(3) Remove the two screws to detach the IF-1240 board.
