There is no sound.
Check that the volume level is not set to zero.
Check whether the plug is inserted firmly in the headphone jack. Sound will be impaired
if the headphones are not connected properly. Insert the plug until it clicks into place.
If the plug is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft dry cloth.
If the problem persists after performing the remedies above, use a pen or paper clip,
etc., to press the RESTART button and restart your Walkman.
