RA-3 suffix 12 & 13 OPTIONS

With the RA3 PJED NVM you will need to ground the WP line pin 55 IC805 PJED-CPU and
5 from the NVM reader/writer to pin 41 and 58 IC805 PJED-CPU.

With the RA3 Main CPU NVM you will need to ground the CPU crystal pin 12 IC002 Main
CPU. Also it will be necessary to use the NVM reader/5 supply for +5 standby pin 41
IC002 Main CPU.
