Use three separate component video cables to connect the set-top box’s

jacks to the Y, P

jacks (VIDEO 4) on the TV.

jacks on your set-top box are sometimes
labeled Y, C

, or Y, B-Y and R-Y. If so, connect the
cables to their matching color jacks.

Use an audio cable to connect the set-top box’s audio output jacks to the
TV’s VIDEO 4 audio input jacks.
Notes on Using This Connection
You cannot record the signal from any equipment connected
into the Y, P
B
, P
R
jacks.
Do not leave a still image or display indication, such as the
Electric Program Guide, displayed on the screen.
