Adjusting the Luminance of a Specified Unit or Cell

Adjust the luminance.
Press the B or b button to adjust the luminance by observing the
screen. The currently stored luminance level is displayed as “0.”
Press the
b
button to increase the luminance, and the
B
button to
decrease it.
When WHITE is selected for the adjustment color, pressing the
B or b
button changes the data of three colors simultaneously.
When the specified color is selected, pressing the
B
or
b
button
changes the data of the specified color only. Non-adjustable items are
indicated with “– – –.”

The adjusted data are stored in memory.
To adjust the same item for another unit or cell
For another cell, press the
V
button once and repeat from the cell
assignment (step 9 ).
For another unit, press the V button twice and repeat from the unit
assignment (step 7 ).
To adjust another item
Press the MENU button once to return to the SCREEN UNIT ADJUST
menu. Press the
v
or
V
button to select ADJUST and repeat from the
selection of the adjustment item and adjustment color (step 4 ).
Notes
• The luminance values displayed on the screen show the increment or
decrement to the currently stored luminance data displayed as “0.” These
values are only used as a guide for the adjustment, and do not indicate the
actual luminance levels.
• Do not press the MENU button before pressing the ENTER button in step
12
. If you do, the adjusted data are not stored in the memory.

Registering and Recalling the Unit/Cell Numbers
The JME-SA200 can register up to 256 unit/cell numbers to be stored in
memory. This function is useful especially when you check the unit or cell
to be adjusted or replaced and note its number.
When recalling a registered unit or cell, the indicator on the rear panel of
the corresponding unit flashes. It is convenient when you inspect or
replace the unit from the back of the screen.
Registering the unit/cell number

Establish communication with the ICU controller (page 21) and
display the MAIN MENU.

Press the v or V button to select SCREEN UNIT CONTROL and press
the ENTER button.
The SCREEN UNIT CONTROL menu appears.

Press the v or V button to select MODE and press the B or b button to
select the display mode during registration.
Select the display mode in which you can easily identify the unit.
By pressing the
b button, the display mode changes in the order shown
in the following table. By pressing the B button, they are selected in
the reverse order.

Display mode Display on the screen
WHITE The whole screen turns to white and the specified unit
or cell flashes.
CUT OFF The whole screen turns to black and the specified unit
or cell flashes.
FRAME The frame of the specified unit (that is, the outmost
dots around the unit) lights.
You cannot specify the cell in this mode.
