Close the LCD screen of the camcorder (

) after closing the battery cover

Connect the AC Adaptor and the power cord (mains lead) to your 
camcorder and the wall outlet (wall socket).

The CHG (charge) lamp lights up and charging starts. The CHG (charge) lamp turns off 

when the battery pack is fully charged.

Close the cover until the gap is cleared.

Fit the grooves of the battery pack into those of the 

camcorder, and slide the battery pack in.
