Personal Audio System

h.ear go (SRS-HG1)

Unable to turn on the speaker or charge the built-in battery

Fully charge the built-in battery.

Make sure the USB AC adaptor is connected to the speaker and the AC outlet firmly.

Push the RESET button on the bottom of the speaker with a pointed object, such as a pin.

To turn on the speaker after resetting, press and hold the (power)/

PAIRING button for three seconds, or connect the

speaker to an AC outlet with the supplied micro-USB cable and USB AC adaptor. After about two seconds, the speaker is

turned on automatically, and enters in the start-up mode. If the speaker does not enter the start-up mode, consult your

nearest Sony dealer.
