Note for assembling and grease applying positions are shown.

Grease (SG-310): 9-913-200-36

Apply grease (SG-310) to Mount. (3 places)

When removing Mount, be sure to disconnect the flexible board of the BL Contact Box before.

Adhesive bond: LOCTITE 460

Note

: Use adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or the equivalent. 

 Do not use the type of adhesive bond such as instant glue, which makes the surface get white after drying.

Apply adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) to the tip of the stopper screws, then tighten them to Mount.

Assemble Rear Cover Assy by fitting the bosses with the holes on Fixed Hold Barrel Assy.

Note: 

Take care that do not make the flexible boards get caught when assembling Rear Cover Assy.

Make folding lines on the flexible board of BL Contact_Box Assy at where is shown below.
