• To confirm the content of displayed messages, open

the lid on the unit when “OPEN” is displayed.

• To operate the unit with the lid closed, perform step

2 in “Manual tuning preset” to display “Manual”.

To change the AM tuning interval

The AM tuning interval is factory-preset to
9 kHz (or 10 kHz for some areas). To change the
AM tuning interval, tune in any AM station first,
then turn off the system. While holding
FUNCTION, press

. When you change the

interval, all the AM preset stations are erased.
To reset the interval, repeat the same procedure.
Use buttons on the unit for the operation.

Tips
