System Audio Control
This function controls the TV and system
audio outputs. The “Theater Mode”
and “One‑Touch Play” features already
explained on page 44 are included in this
function.
The function also controls the following.

If you change the system function to
“TV/VIDEO” while you are watching
TV, TV audio is automatically output
from the system speakers.
The TV speakers will be muted.
 If you change the system function to
“DVD,” “USB” or “AUDIO IN” while
the TV is On, the audio from the
source switched to is output from the
system speakers.
The TV speakers will be muted.
 If you turn on the system while the
TV is On, the system function will
automatically switch to “DVD,” “USB”
or “AUDIO IN” and the audio from the
source switched to is output from the
system speakers.
The TV speakers will be muted.

If the TV speakers are muted, the mute
is automatically deactivated when you
turn off the system.

You can control the system volume
using the TV remote.
Note
While the TV is in PAP (picture and picture)
mode, the System Audio Control function will
not work. If you exit PAP mode on your TV,
the TV output method will return to the mode
before PAP mode.

You can also operate the System Audio Control
function using the TV menu. For details, refer
to the TV’s operating instructions.
