SECTION 4 - TROUBLESHOOTING

If the TV shuts off immediately after Power-ON, then one of the 

following components has failed (It is Not an Actual Excessive 

Temperature Condition):

 

●

X-Reality Microprocessor (Main Board)

 

●

Temperature Sensor (Main Board)

In either case the Main Board must be replaced to fix the problem.

Constant On (32”) or Constant On/Off cycling (40” & 46”) of 

Green Power LED

A Constant On (32”) or Constant On/Off cycling (40” & 46”) of the 

Green Power LED is caused by one of the following defective 

components:

 

●

Defective LED or LEDs (LCD Panel Assembly)

 

●

Defective Power Supply Board (Loss of Positive or Negative 

LED Supply)

First check the positive and negative LED drive voltages from the 

Power Supply board. If the voltages are present the LCD Panel 

assembly must be replaced for a defective LED. If the voltages are 

missing replace the Power Supply board to resolve the issue.
