Entering characters
Candidate and predictive characters
As you write, candidate characters
appear. Select one or accept the one
that appears on the screen.
After you select a candidate character,
predictive characters may appear.
Select one from the predictive
characters or write your own.
To enter symbols and punctuation
marks
You have two ways of entering
symbols and punctuation marks:

Tap
to open the symbol table, then
select with your stylus or navigation
keys ,

and .

Use handwriting recognition to write
commonly used punctuation marks
and symbols, like the comma and full
stop.
Special gestures
You can use special gestures to
perform functions like deleting
characters and entering spaces.
Writing English letters
Write English letters from the dotted
ends as shown below.
Delete a character.
Enter a space.
Switch writing languages.
Enter a carriage return.
Enter a tab.
Please start each stroke from the dotted
end.
