Troubleshooting

Keypad does not lock when the 
phone is placed into a carrying case.

The technology used in the phone can 
activate the keypad when held close 
(approximately ½ inch or 1 cm) to strong 
magnets, such as those found in some 
handbag latches, eyeglass cases, and 
belt clips. To prevent accidental dialing, 
turn on the automatic key lock
