Troubleshooting

Why doesn’t the phone work the way
I want it to?

Some problems will require you to call
your network operator.

What do I do if the flip comes off?

The flip is capable of being detached.

1

When you re-attach the flip it is
important that the flip’s angle is
correct.

2

Place the flip’s left hinge around the
peg.

3

Gently pull the flip’s right hinge in place.
When the flip has been successfully
replaced it snaps when you close it.
