data calls.
Making international calls

until a + sign appears in the display.
The + replaces the international prefix number of the
country/region from which you are calling.
2.
Enter the country/region code, area code (without the
leading zero) and phone number,
YES
.
Tip:
It is useful to enter the + sign and country/region
code for
all
numbers in the phonebook as they can then
be easily used whether home or abroad.
Emergency calls
To make an emergency call
• Enter 112,
YES
.
Your phone supports the international emergency
number, 112. This means that this number can normally
be used to make an emergency call in any country/
region, with or without a SIM card inserted, if a GSM
network is within range.
Note:
Some network operators may require that a
SIM card be inserted, and in some cases that the PIN
has been entered as well.
In some countries/regions, other emergency numbers
may also be promoted. Your operator may therefore
have saved additional local emergency numbers on the
SIM card.
