Disassemble the phone as described in
1 Disassembly
Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Remove the old microphone with a pair of
tweezers. Lift the microphone up by using the
microphone grommet tap (1).
NOTE!
Do not touch the contact springs with your
fingers or the tweezers.
2. Assemble the new microphone using the
tweezers. Press the microphone to the bottom of
the cavity.
