Signaling Group
Signaling Groups allow telephony channels to be grouped together for the purpose of routing and shared
configuration. Calls are routedto Signaling Groups, which also provide the location from which
Call Routes
are
selected. Signaling Groups are the location from which
Tone Tables
and
Action Sets
are selected. In the case of
SIP, Signaling Groups specify protocol settings and link to server, media, and mapping tables.
