The rechargeable hearing
aids and the Phonak Power
Pack contain lithium-ion
batteries that can be taken
onto airplanes as carry-on
luggage. The Power Pack
cannot be placed in the
checked-in baggage and
can only be placed in the
carry-on luggage.
Your hearing aids operate
between 2.4 GHz -2.48 GHz
frequency range. When
flying please check if
flight operator requires
devices to be switched
into flight mode, see
chapter 13.
The intended use of
hearing aids is to amplify
and transmit sound to the
ears and hereby
compensate for impaired
hearing. The hearing aids
(specially programmed for
each hearing loss) must
only be used by the
intended person. They
should not be used by any
other person as they could
damage hearing.
Changes or modifications
to the hearing aid that
were not explicitly
approved by Sonova AG
are not permitted. Such
changes may damage your
ear or the hearing aid.
