Install Crescendo/PCI Processor
Upgrade Card
1. Remove the Crescendo card from the anti-static
package, making sure to handle the card by the
edges
(Figure 5) . Your card may differ from
what is pictured.
2. Align the Crescendo card directly over the
Processor Card Slot on the logic board
(Figure 6) . Gently press down until the card is
firmly seated in the Processor Card Slot, taking
care not to move or wiggle the board as you
install it into the slot.
Close Computer
1. Replace the case cover and security screw onto
your computer
(Figure 7) .
2. Return the computer to your computing area
and reconnect the power and peripheral cables
to the computer.
3. Affix the Powered by Sonnet label to the front of
your computer.
