Managing Messages
Allow Ads Enable or disable download of
multimedia advertisements.
Multimedia
Center Server
Set the server details received
from the service provider
to send/receive multimedia
messages.
Memory Status
To view the used and free memory available of
multimedia downloads, select Menu > Messages >
Multimedia message > Memory Status.
write Message
You can create SMS and MMS messages.
SMS Messages
4. To create a SMS message select
Menu
>
Messages
> Text message > Write message.
5. Enter the message in the text pane. The text input
mode is displayed at the top left of the screen. Press
and release # to select the appropriate text input
mode (refer “Text Input Mode” on page 42) .
6. Enter the message and select
Options
. The
following options are displayed:
Option Function
Send You can select recipients for
the message. You can enter a
new number or select from the
Phonebook.
Clear Field Clear the contents in the
message pane.
Insert
Contact
Select and add a contact from
the phonebook, to the message.
Insert
Number
Select and add a number from
the phonebook, to the message.
Insert symbol Select the required symbol to
include in the message.
Mark Text Select part of the text in the
content pane. You can copy the
selected text and paste in the
same/different message.
Mark All
Select the text in the content
pane. You can copy the selected
text and paste in the same/
different message.
Paste
Paste the selected text.
Writing
Language
Select the input languages.
Prediction
Options
Set the input options to T9,
add a new T9 word, alphabetic
prediction.
