Return values
The return value is TRUE if the station is being received in stereo.
Comments
The stereo indicator is only available on the FM Radcap cards, and then
only if the card is configured for stereo reception. This function will fail
if the monitor program (Tuner.exe) is running.

Parameters
Mode
Specifies AM or FM tuner.
TunerID
Index of the station to be read, beginning at zero for the first
station.
Return value
The return value is the peak FM deviation in Hertz of the station being
tuned, or zero if this information is unavailable.
Comments
The deviation is only available on the FM Radcap cards. This function
will fail if the monitor program (Tuner.exe) is running. The peak
detector of the specified channel is reset to zero each time this
function is called.

Mode
Specifies AM or FM tuner.
TunerID
Index of the station to be read, beginning at zero for the first
station.
Return value
The return value is the deviation in Hertz of the 19kHz pilot tone, or
zero if this information is unavailable.

The pilot level is only available on the FM Radcap cards, and then only
if the card is configured for stereo reception. This function will fail if the
monitor program (Tuner.exe) is running.
