General Warnings and Safety Guidelines
Hearing aids and batteries can be dangerous if
swallowed or improperly used. Improper use can
result in severe injury, permanent hearing loss, or
even fatality. Before you use your hearing aid,
please read the following hazard warnings.

Warnings for Hearing Aid Users
Never allow others to wear your hearing aid.
It could permanently damage another person’s
hearing.
Avoid wearing your hearing aid while playing
contact sports (e.g., rugby, football, etc.). A slap
to your ear while wearing a hearing aid could be
harmful.
Keep your hearing aid, parts, and batteries out
of the reach of infants, children, and anyone who
might swallow these items.
Discard batteries safely. Keep discarded batteries
out of sight of infants, small children, vulnerable
persons, and pets.
