OPERATION
Time, alarm and snooze functions
•
When the clock is connected to the mains via the AC adapter, the LED display will show the time which must be adjusted. Keep the SET pressed until the hour begins to flash. Addition brief presses of the SET
button will cycle through minutes, alarm hours and minutes. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the figure that is currently blinking.
•
When the time is displayed keep the DOWN button pressed to activate the alarm function (AL: ON) or deactivate it (AL: - - ). A dot remains lit in the bottom right corner of the time display to signal that the alarm
has been activated.
•
The snooze function can be activated by pressing the DOWN button during the alarm. A dot blinks in the bottom right corner of the time display to signal that the snooze function is active. The function lasts for 5
minutes after which the clock sounds the alarm again. The snooze function can be turned off using the SET or UP button.
•
When the time display is on, press the UP button to choose between 12-hour or 24-hour time display format (12 H or 24 H). When the 12-hour display format is used, P.M. is indicated by an illuminated dot in the
top left corner of the time display.
•
If no adjustments are being made to the clock for 15 seconds during any kind of setting, it will revert to time display.
Setting memory
•
Whenever there is a power interruption, the clock continues to function but without the LED display. Once power is restored, the clock will show the correct time so no resetting is necessary. The setting memory
