ENTERING USER DATA
• The can measure body water percentage, body fat percentage, muscle percentage and bone mass. For this, you have to provide the
following information: gender, age, and height. The memory of the scale can simultaneously store the data of 10 users.
To enter your data, follow these steps:
1. Press the SET button, “P00” will appear on the display. Using the
and
buttons, navigate to one of the stored profiles 00 to 09
you wish to use. Press the SET button to select.
2. Using the
and
buttons, select the male or female icon, then press the SET button.
3. Using the
and
buttons, set the age of the person using the profile, then press the SET button.
4. Using the
and
buttons, set the height of the person using the profile, then press the SET button.
Now you have your profile created. To create another profile, repeat the above steps selecting another stored profile between 00 and 09.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITHOUT BMI ANALYSIS
• We recommend to perform measurements at the same time of the day, preferably before breakfast.
• Place the scale on a flat, solid surface. Do not put it on a carpet or other soft surface, as this may result in incorrect weight reading.
• Stand up straight on the scale by slowly putting your feet on it after one another.
• Stand there for a few seconds, your weight will start flashing first, then it will display continuously.
• After you finish, the device will automatically switch off in a few seconds.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITH BMI ANALYSIS
• We recommend to perform measurements at the same time of the day, preferably before breakfast.

buttons to navigate to the profile storing the desired user information and wait for “0.0”
to appear on the display.
• For accurate measurement, use the scale barefoot with clean, dry feet.
• Stand up straight on the scale by slowly putting your feet on it after one another.
• Stand there for a few seconds, your weight will start flashing first, then it will display continuously.
• Shortly after the measured weight, the following values are displayed on the scale in the given order:
% body fat added the indication UNDERFAT (thin), HEALTHY (healthy), OVERFAT (overweight), OBESE (obese);
Body water %;
Muscle %;
Bone mass (kg);
Daily recommended kcal input;
BMI value;
Measured weight
• The values are displayed twice in a row, then the device turns off automatically.
The BMI - the body mass index - gives a guideline about a person’s state of health from the quotient of a person’s height and body weight.
Suitable for women and men over 18 years of age. The normal range of BMI is between 20 and 25, values below 20 indicate leanness and
values above 25 indicate predominance.
