Before using the product for the first time, please read the instructions for use below and retain them for later reference.
The original instructions were written in the Hungarian language. This appliance may only be used by persons with impaired
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking in experience or knowledge, as well as children from the age of 8, if they are
under supervision or have been given instruction concerning use and they have understood the hazards associated with use. Children
should not be allowed to play with the unit. Children may only clean or perform user maintenance on the appliance under supervision. After
unpacking the product, make sure it has not been damaged during transport. Keep children away from the packaging material, if it contains
polybag or other hazardous components.

INTRODUCTION
This product can work with smartphones and tablets. Therefore, in preparing this description, we assumed that the user is in possession of general
knowledge of the management of smartphones. Setting and using this device is very close to using phones and tablets. Basic level English knowledge
is recommended.
USE
The appliance is ideal for replacing traditional door entry systems or door bells. The supplied wireless bell sounds with the selected melody and gives
a light signal when it has been switched on. The external unit is capable of accessing the Internet wirelessly (WiFi) or through cable (LAN). For a stable
Internet connection, it is recommended to use a separately available LAN cable that can be leaded out together with the wire of the power supply to
the outdoor unit. This is especially useful if the WiFi coverage at the outdoor unit is already poor. To get the door phone system into operation, get help
from a specialist.
The VDP application that is installed on Android or iOS mobile devices with Internet access will allow you to access and control remote access to your
Internet-connected doorphone system from a remote location. You can hear if somebody is ringing, or you can see the visitor, take a photo or video clip,
and open the electric gate or lock if you have it. The doorphone controls the lock (12 V) only, so it is also necessary to have a power supply for the lock.
The alarm function also indicates the pre-door movement even when it is not ringing.
Mounting
Defines the location of the outdoor unit so that it cannot be exposed to direct sunlight and rain. If necessary, use a special protective cover to be purchased
separately and contact a specialist. Mount it to a height (approx.165 cm) and in a direction to make the visitor’s face visible. Check the proper operation
of the unit before final fixing. Attention! Installed on a metal surface, the wireless connection (bell and internet) can be significantly reduced, which can
be eliminated by wired LAN connection. If necessary, the power cord must be extended (polarity-correct!) To allow the LAN cable to be connected to the
outdoor unit. For strong and stable outdoor WiFi reception, this can be ignored. First, the frame must be fastened, then the outdoor unit properly connected
to the power supply must be inserted and finally secured by a screw at the bottom
• The top 2-pole connector on the back serves to connect the supplied adapter.
• The 3-pin connector underneath connects to the electrical lock (not supplied) and its power supply (not supplied).
• The required wires should be purchased separately on the basis of individual needs. Lead them away so that they do not get damaged and are protected
from weather and physical impact. Before plugging in the AC adapter, check the connection!
INSTALLATION AND THE WIRELESS BELL
The outdoor unit is operational when the 2-pole plug of the accessory adapter is connected. The plug can only be inserted in one position, vice versa
do not force the connection. In addition, access to the Internet must be ensured to make full use of the features. You can make this step with the app
on your mobile device.
Insert 3 pcs AA (1.5 V) alkaline batteries in the battery holder of the wireless bell according to the marked polarity. The bell is switched on, when the switch
on the side is in
ON
position. Press the note button repeatedly to select the desired ringtone from the available 8 ones. The bell is factory paired with the
door phone. In the event of a malfunction, for example due to disturbing radio equipment, it may be necessary to pair with a new encoding. Hold down the
hidden
CODE
button on the back of the activated bell for 2 seconds. Use a straightened paper clip. The bell should be in the vicinity of the doorphone.
• To clear the code: Press the CODE button (the bell is switched off) while holding the ON button and then holding down the CODE button for at least
further 2 seconds.
• If the range (approx. 30 m) decreases or the sound quality deteriorates, replace the batteries.
• Immediately remove the exhausted battery, as any liquid that may leak out can damage the unit. Battery replacement can only be performed by an adult!
• WARNING! RISK OF EXPLOSION IN CASE OF INCORRECT BATTERY REPLACEMENT! IT CAN BE DONE ONLY BY SAME OR REPLACING TYPE!
DO NOT EXPOSE BATTERIES TO DIRECT THERMAL RADIATION AND SUNSHINE! DO NOT BURN THE BATTERIES! IF THERE IS SOME LIQUID
FLOWN OUT FROM THE BATTERY, TAKE A PROTECTIVE GLOVE, AND CLEAN THE BATTERY HOLDER WITH A DRY CLOTH! KEEP BATTERIES
OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN! IT IS FORBIDDEN TO OPEN, BURN AND SHORT-CIRCUIT AND CHARGE BATTERIES! RISK OF EXPLOSION!
• Do not place accumulators instead of batteries because their voltage and efficiency are significantly reduced.
