OPERATION
The appliance can be turned on or off using its ON/OFF switch (3). Use only with the enclosed filter (order number: FHP 1200/S). Do not aspirate objects larger than
2cm as this may cause blockage.
Do not attempt to aspirate the following:
•
liquids
•
flammable or explosive materials
•
corrosive materials and hot embers, lit matches or lit cigarettes
•
hazardous or toxic dust
When aspirating ash, make sure its temperature is below 50°C. Do not check the temperature of the ash with your bare hands as it might be still burning hot on the
inside!
Emptying the bin is recommended after aspirating organic material (such as leaves that have not dried completely) so as to prevent any unpleasant odors from
developing as a result of the aspirated material decomposing.
Remove power from the appliance by unplugging it from the electric outlet if you do not plan to use it for an extended time.
The guarantee shall not apply to the following:
•
Normal wear and tear of the filter, hose and wand.
•
Damage resulting from aspirating prohibited materials.
