The batteries are low. Replace the batteries.
The remote control transmitter is

External radio equipment is
interfering with the radio reception.
Turn off any radio appliances nearby.
The motor(s) or receiver(s) are in
thermal cut-out mode. Wait for the motor to cool down, then press
