Swing the bottom platen away from the top platen.
Align the slot on the bottom platen with the moul
d’s and turn the mould 1/4
of a turn.
Remove the mold from bottom platen by turning it 1/4 of a turn..

CAUTION: AVOID TOUCHING HOT PLATEN(S).
DOUGH PREPERATION
Dough must be round and its weight should reflect the diameter and
thickness required.
Dough should be room temperature (between 60 TO 70 degrees F (15.6 TO
22 degrees C) for best results.
SDP-747 OPERATION
Verify that the displayed temperature is the same as the set up
temperature.
Swing the bottom platen away from the top.
Spray the bottom and top platen surfaces with cooking oil.
Place the dough ball at the center of the bottom platen and spray the dough
ball with the oil.
Swing the bottom platen under the top, lower the arm and hold it for 1 to 5
seconds or until the dough is spread.
Lift the arm and swing the bottom platen away from the top.
Remove the dough from the bottom platen and repeat the same process for
the next piece of dough.
SDP-747D OPERATION
Verify that the displayed temperature is the same as the set up
temperature.
Swing the bottom platen (with the mold attached on it) away from the top
platen.
Spray the mold and the top platen plate with cooking oil.
Place the dough ball at the center of the mold and spray the dough ball
with the oil.
Swing the bottom platen under the top, lower the arm and hold it for 1 to 5
seconds or until the dough is spread.
Lift the arm and swing the bottom platen away from the top.
Hold/cut the slotted section on the mold with a plastic spatula.
Remove the dough from the bottom platen and repeat the same process for
the next piece of dough.
