7.1.5 STEREO CROSTALK
Input:
Audio
generator at 1KHz on left input
channels, adjust the
AGC
so
it compress 15db.
Output:
Connect a dB meter on right audio output
(XLR).
Procedure:
a)
Select the program Nº 26.
b)
Take the output level of the left channel as
reference of maximum level at the audio
output.
c)
At the right output you must obtain a crosstalk
bigger that 72dB (difference between the level
measured at the point b and the reached in the
point c).
d)
Repeat for the other channel.
7.1.6 DISTORTION
Input:
Audio
generator at 1KHz on both input
channels, adjust the
AGC
so
it compress 15db.
Output:
Connect a dB meter on right audio output
(XLR).
Procedure:
a)
Select the program Nº 28.
b)
Under this conditions the audio output must be
-2dBm (6 dB below the nominal level of +4
dBm). By the other hand, no of the 4 bands
must enter compression.
c)
Proceed to measure the total harmonic
distortion (THD) It must be around 0.01 %
d)
Repeat for the other channel.
