Cautions
1. Read and understand the manual well before use. For safety, do not operate without knowledge of the manual.
2. Use within the winch capacity. Excessive load may burn the motor.
3. Keep the outboard engine started if the winch case power supply is not enough for the winch.
Otherwise it may cause battery exhaustion and the self-starter not to run.
4. Do not move the ship when the winch is pulling. Unexpected heavy load may damage equipment.
5. Check winch and rope conditions frequently to avoid accidents involving corroded or loose bolts.
6. Rope connects to drum as per right drawing:
Wind strongly: winch power increases
Weaken Rope: winch power decreases winch
power decreases, then start slipping,
contact shop and confirm before use if you do not
know how to connect rope to drum and how to use
our winch correctly
7. Never use to pull up and move the person.
8. Do not operate from extreme angles. Use guide
roller for fishing boats. Do not put unreasonable
burden on the rope.
9. Use guide roller and rope of the best-fit size,
suitable for winch capacity.
10. Never modify the winch. It may cause injury
11. Operate winch from battery power. It does not
support AC power source.
12. Gear box lever: Before moving lever, loosen fixing bolt. After moving lever, tighten fixing bolt.
Don’t move lever during operation.
