NOTE: 

When entering alignment mode, the ATPC is disabled and 

by default, TX power is set to maximum power out. For short links, 
this will saturate the RSL readings. Lower TX power to 0 dBm or to 
calculated level where far-end RSL = -40 dBm. See the following 
sections for further information regarding PC and radio Web 
interface connection.
