3.1 Manual mode:

In Standby mode, press QUICK START to start
the
workout

sound. TIME/ DISTANCE/ CALORIES/ WATTS/ SPEED/ RPM will be tracked on the monitor.
Whenever there is
a
Pulse signal input,
will light up and
symbol will flash and display
pulse value (Figure 10). Without pulse input, it will display “P” (Figure 11).

If there is no input for 5 minutes, the buzzer will sound and the console will enter Sleep
mode.
Press any
button to
wake up the console.

During
use
press STOP
•RESET
key to pause training. Buzzer will sound every 30
seconds .
All values
will
display on
the
LCD and flash.

hen checking heart rate
while in
Stop mode, PULSE window will display user

actual
pulse
65%, 85%
or
MAX.
Pulse value alternates accordingly
(Figure 12~Figure 13).

Target TIME mode:

In Standby mode, press Target Time key and TIME will light up,
accompanied by
a long
beep sound
.

The
TIME value
will be
flashing, press UP and DOWN to adjust (Figure 14). Press QUICK
START to start
the
w
orkout
.

A
ll function

will start to count down from preset value (Figure 15).
Without preset value,
all function
s
will
c
ount up.

During
use
press
STOP•RESET
key to pause training. Buzzer will sound every 30 seconds.
