Equipment grounding tightening torques: 4-6 AWG: 45 lb-in, 8 AWG:  40 lb-in, 10-14

To allow for heat dissipation, maintain clearance as specified below.

All Power Optimizers, except for the P860 and P960 Power Optimizers

P860, P960 and  M1600 Power Optimizers

When installing PV modules in a confined space such as Building-integrated 

photovoltaic (BIPV) modules, ventilation measures may be required to ensure that 

the Power Optimizers are not exceeding the maximum temperatures  stated in their 

specifications.
