To put the system in ECO mode after enabling the function: 

1.

 

 From the System menu navigate to Main > Operation > ECO mode off (click for change).   

By pressing on the icon the system will transfer to ECO mode.  

2.

 

From the System menu > Status screen confirm the mode was changed.

Self-loading mode 

The self-loading feature allows easy checking of the B UPS system at the end of the 
commissioning process, waiving any need of using a cumbersome external load bank. 

Assuming a dual feed installation, self-loading may be used in two modes of operation:  

1. With the input and bypass switches closed (ON), test the main UPS elements – PFCs, inverters 
and STSW, not the battery. 

2. With the input switch open (OFF) and the bypass switch closed (ON), test the Inverter, STSW 
and the battery. 

In both options the load is not powered by the Inverter. Should self-loading be used in a live 
system then an external maintenance bypass must be turned ON, and the Out switch turned OFF 
prior to running the self-loading test. 

Mode 2 is not legal as energy is pushed to the grid. It should be mentioned in trainings but not 
covered within any guide. 

 

To put the system in Self-loading mode: 

1.

 

From the System menu navigate to System > System type > Self-loading mode (click for 
change), self-loading mode screen appears.   

2.

 

Click Enable, then Confirm. 

3.

 

From the System menu > Status screen confirm the mode was changed.
