model has a backup heater to maintain the temperature of the water in cold weather.
The white cable is the heating element that comes out of the collector, this needs to be connected
to the terminal board on the outdoor unit.
The terminal board is located on the upper right hand side of the outdoor unit, it can be accessed
by removing the screw holding on the plastic handle and sliding the handle off.
