This Warranty does not cover:
-the fabric is composed mainly by nylon that as any other synthetic
fabric suffers ultraviolet radiation influence (UV), which makes it
decomposes, loosing its mechanic resistance and increasing its
porosity. So, avoid unnecessary sunlight exposition, especially in
high altitudes;
-we recommend keep carefully your kite protected when not using
it;
-also do not allow the lines twist in obstacles when inflating to
taking-off thus an excessive deformation may occur;
-the uncontrolled kite may hit the ground with a high velocity and
this may tear the fabric;
-During the landing avoid that the trailing edge falls forward on the
ground; it may damage the materials or tear sewing;
- Handling your kite in places with land and too much wind
accelerates your equipment aging.
-When contact with sea water, the kite must be rinsed with fresh
water. Seawater may reduce the lines resistance even when rinsed
with fresh water. Never dry directly in the sunlight, always under
shadow
Free repair and replacement of the materials for another ones in
perfect conditions by manufacturer criterion.
1º) this warranty is valid for materials and manufacturing defects,
observed under predefined conditions;
2°) all expenses related to delivering/returnig the equipment to
the Factory is on the owner;

1º) Alteration of its original fabric colors, lines and commands;
2º) Damage caused by chemical means, sand, friction, cleaning
products or sea water;
3º) Damage caused by inappropriate handling, accidents or
emergency situations;
4º) Damage caused by inappropriate operation of the kite;
5º) Kites that have suffered any kind of alteration in its original
project without
SOL
's official authorization.
6º) Damages caused by transport, storage or inappropriate product
installation;
7º) Damages and defects due to using of non compatible
components with this product
8º) Inappropriate parcel when sending the product to be repaired;
9º) Product without the identification label with the serial number;
10º) Operating this product out of these specifications in this owner
manual.
