5.1. Failure Modes and Warning Leds

Notes For Service autotest:

*Service can not pass the current step before completing the minimum duration

*When minimum duration for each step (5 sec) is completed, filter led makes slow blink to indicate
that service can pass the next step

*For error codes, leds must make fast blink
