1. Label Name - Enter desired Prefix (e.g. Office, Company X) for every label.
2. Start Value - Set a numeric start value (e.g. 1, 33, 245) for incremental counts.
TIA-606-A Class 1 (Single Room Horizontal Link)
TIA-606-A Class 1 standard labelling scheme mainly used to support labelling for a building or premises
that is served in a single equipment room or a horizontal cross-connect.
The default “1A-A1” generally refers to “Floor + Tel Room – Panel + Port”.
TIA-606-A Class 2 (Single Building Horizontal/Single Building Backbone Cable)
TIA-606-A Class 2 standard labelling scheme mainly used to support labelling of infrastructure with one
or more telecommunication spaces in a single building.
The default “1A-A1” for Horizontal Link generally refers to “(1) Floor + (A) Tel Room – (A) Panel + (1)
Port”.
The default “1A/1B-” for Backbone Cable generally refers to “(1) Tel Room 1 Floor + (A) Tel Room 1
Name / (1) Tel Room 1 Floor + (B)Tel Room 2 Name” followed by - “Backbone Cable . Cable”
