Restoring Custom Screen Wallpaper

When Wallpaper is set while Custom Screen is active,
Wallpaper takes priority over Custom Screen Wallpaper.
(Custom Screen remains active.)
To restore Custom Screen Wallpaper, follow these steps after
opening Wallpaper menu.
