Device Info Operations
Make Developer Options Available
In Device info menu, Tap Build number seven times
・To access developer options, open Settings, then Tap
Other settings Developer options .
Check Handset Status (Battery Status, Handset
Number, Etc.)
In Device info menu, Status
・Tap
Battery status to check battery performance.
・Tap
IMEI to view barcode with IMEI number.
Diagnose Handset
In Device info menu, Self check Start checking
Tap item(s)( ) Next Next Start
diagnosis Follow onscreen prompts
・To select (
) or cancel ( ) all items together at
once, in Select to diagnosis window, Tap (check all)
or (uncheck all) on Action Bar.
Reboot Handset in Safe Mode
In Device info menu, Self check Reboot with safe
mode OK
・Handset reboots in the near-default state.
・To exit safe mode, Tap
Self check in Device info
menu Reboot to cancel safe mode OK .
Check Handset Diagnosis Records
In Device info menu, Self check Tap diagnosis
record Follow onscreen prompts
Calibrate Touchscreen
Calibrate Touchscreen to improve response. Hold handset
normally during calibration.
In Device info menu, Adjust touch panel Follow
onscreen prompts
Calibrate Motion & Electromagnetic Sensors
In Device info menu, Adjust sensitivity of sensor
OK Follow onscreen prompts (tone sounds when
calibration completes) OK
