OPTIONAL: Use Socket Modem Utilities

If the Socket SDIO 56K Modem Card is in your Pocket PC, remove the
card. Press the card in to let it spring outwards, then pull the card out.
Always use the spring to remove the card. Do not just
pull the card out.

Tap
Start | Settings | System | Socket Modem Utilities

The Socket Modem Utilities screen will appear.

If your Socket Modem Card is currently inserted into your device, your
device will begin communicating with the modem. If the Socket Modem
Card is not in your device, insert it now.
Do not tap on the Bluetooth-related menu or button. They do
not pertain to the Socket SDIO 56K Modem Card.
If status screens do not start appearing several seconds after
card insertion, remove and reinsert the card to try again.
