After inserting the card, tap

The last screen will report that you have completed the wizard.
If you receive an error message saying that a connection was
not able to be set up, remove the card, rerun the wizard, and
when prompted, make sure you insert the modem card all the
way into the slot.

Now you are ready to connect to a phone line and dial. Tap on the link to
go to the Remote Networking application.
