TROUBLESHOOTING

after-sales service for repairs. Before doing so, please check the following points.
Problem
Analysis
After starting up, the
dehumidifier does not work
• Is the water boxwater container inserted properly
installed into the machine?
• Is the power plug inserted fullyplugged firmly intoto the
socket?
• Is the fuse or current breaker burntintact?
• Is there a power cut?
• Is the water container full?
Dehumidifying is under
capacity
• Is the air filter blocked?
• Is the room temperature too low?
• Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Humidity cannot be reduced
below 65 %
• Are the windows/doors opened too often?
• Is a heater or other devices producing steam running ?
• Is the room area too large?
Abnormal noise
• Is the floor uneven?
• Is the dehumidifier positioned correctly?
• Is it off balance?
There is a mouldy smell after
start up
• A disagreeable smell is possible for when moisture is
drawn out of the walls.
There is a sound of flowing
water
• This noise is produced by flowing of the cooling agent
and is therefore normal.
