Warnings
Failure to comply with these instructions and warnings could result in injury

Always ensure a child is secured in the Platypus Activity Chair utilizing the
supplied seat belt prior to use.

Periodically check all fasteners to make sure they remain tight.
•
Never leave child unattended in the tilt/rocking base.
•
Do not ingest plastic or plastic shavings.
•
The tilt/rocking base is designed to be used on flat (level) surfaces.
•
Do not pick up the tilt/rocking base while its seat is occupied.
•
The tilt/rocking base is designed to support only one occupant at a time.
•
The rocking motion of the base can make it difficult for some children to get into
and out of the Platypus Activity Chair. Always supervise and /or assist children
during transfer.
Material and Cleaning Instructions
The tilt/rocking base is made of an easy to clean, non-toxic, polyethylene plastic material. It
will not rot, swell, or delaminate.
This material is environmentally stabilized and color-fast to seal out moisture and resist UV
damage.
The tilt/rocking base is appropriate for both indoor and outdoor use.
To clean the tilt/rocking base simply wipe with soap and water or any non-abrasive cleaner.
Limited Warranty
All Snug Seat products are warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from
the date of purchase. Snug Seat, Inc. will repair or replace at its discretion, at no cost to the
user, any defective parts returned to Snug Seat, Inc. or an authorized agent.
